This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our Android application to sync inventory and sales data between your MPOS system and e-commerce marketplaces (such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop).

To provide our omnichannel synchronization services, Monnect accesses and processes the following business data:

• Account Credentials: API keys, tokens, and store identifiers required to connect your MPOS system and marketplace seller accounts.
• Store Data: Product listings, inventory levels, pricing, and order details necessary for dynamic synchronization.
• Device Information: Basic technical logs (such as device model, OS version, and crash reports) to maintain app stability and troubleshoot performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to:

• Synchronize stock, inventory, and sales data in real-time across your connected channels.
• Maintain, improve, and debug the Monnect application features.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your business or personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with:

• Connected e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) via their official APIs, strictly to execute the sync operations you authorize.
• Secure infrastructure providers necessary to run our backend syncing middleware.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your API tokens and store data during transmission and storage. We retain your integration credentials only for as long as your Monnect account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services.

5. Your Rights and Control

You have full control over your data. You can disconnect your marketplace channels or delete your Monnect integration account at any time through the app. Upon account deletion, your synced credentials and active tokens will be permanently removed from our servers.
